基于Levy-Mises流动法则,构建复杂三维曲面马鞍形板件的冲压成型和卷边成型数值直接计算法,并对2种成型方式进行比较分析。对成型过程中的马鞍形板件的褶皱、模具支反力、板件回弹和摩擦系数进行讨论,结果表明马鞍形板件冲压成形是一个准静态过程,而卷边成型是一个动态工程,2种工艺成型的马鞍形板件在褶皱位置、模具支反力、摩擦影响等方面表现出不同性质。
This paper builds the direct calculation method for ship complicated three-dimensional surface cold rolling process based on the Levy-Mises flow rule, and the results of the two forming method are analyzed and compared. The paper simply talks about the wrinkle position, mold reaction force, metal spring back and frictional influence while the two method forming process of the saddle shape. The research result indicates that the stamp forming of saddle shape is a quasi-static process while the roll bending process is a dynamic process. The two forming method of the saddle shape performance differently on the property aspect of the wrinkle position, mold reaction force and frictional influence.
