船用螺杆式滑油泵是船舶常见的辅机设备,其运行发生的气蚀、轴承故障等都产生冲击信号,技术人员开展故障诊断时不容易分辨。为此,应用时间重新分配多次同步压缩变换(TMSST)开展分析。TMSST方法采用迭代法进行时频分析,从而具备处理强频变信号的能力。分析结果表明,TMSST方法准确地识别了船用螺杆滑油泵的气蚀故障特征。通过对信号添加噪声的实验方式验证TMSST方法能够处理低信噪比的冲击信号,效果优于无去噪前处理的基于Hilbert变换的包络谱分析方法。
Mechanical fault diagnosis often needs to carry out shock signal analysis. In this paper, the time-reassigned multisynchrosqueezing transform (TMSST) method is applied to proceed the vibration fault diagnosis of screw oil pump. Tmsst method uses iterative method to carry out time-frequency analysis, so it has the ability to process strong frequency varying signals. The analysis results show that TMSST method can accurately identify the cavitation fault characteristics of screw oil pump. In addition, additional verification experiments which add noise to the signal are carried out. The experimental results show that TMSST method can deal with low SNR shock signal better than the envelope spectrum analysis method based on Hilbert transform.
