采用非线性波浪载荷程序对超大型集装箱船在不同船体梁刚度下垂向波浪载荷响应进行理论计算,分析了船体梁刚度对波浪载荷的影响,并给出民船结构优化模型中非线性波浪载荷的计算方法,对比非线性波浪载荷在船体剖面优化中的影响。计算结果显示,船体梁刚度的下降会导致作用在船体梁上的波浪载荷显著增大,考虑波浪载荷影响后,中剖面面积优化效果由原来的5.085%降低到2.896%。这表明,有必要将船体刚度变化对非线性波浪载荷的影响考虑到大型船舶结构优化设计中来。
The nonlinear wave load program is used to calculate the wave load response of the super large container ship in the sagging direction with different hull girder stiffness. The influence of the hull beam stiffness on the wave load is analyzed. The calculation method of nonlinear wave load in civil ship structure optimization model is given. The effects of nonlinear wave loads on hull profile optimization are compared. The calculation results show that the decrease of the stiffness of the hull girder will lead to the significant increase of the wave load on the hull beam. After considering the influence of the wave load, the optimization effect of the mid section area is reduced from 5.085% to 2.896%. This shows that it is necessary to take the influence of stiffness variation on nonlinear wave loads into account in the structural optimization design of large ships.
