针对舰炮抽壳过程中抽壳阻力和抽壳速度的仿真分析结果与实际射击情况不符的问题,通过射击试验和台架试验等一系列试验,发现该舰炮抽壳阻力小以及抽壳速度不能满足排壳要求的根本原因是,舰炮发射后的开闩抽壳瞬间药筒会自行向后运动一段距离,当这一距离超过一定限度后,就会发生压壳故障。本文提出增大抽壳阻力和抽壳速度的措施,经过试验验证措施的有效性,为解决该舰炮压壳故障提供了技术方向。
For the problem that difference between simulation analysis results and actual shooting situation of extraction force and extraction speed for naval gun, through a series tests of firing test and bench test, we found the basic reason that smaller extraction force of naval gun and extraction speed could not meet the requirements for cartridge case discharging were cartridge case could self-moving backward for a distance at the moment of opening latch and extracting after naval gun launched; when this distance exceeds a certain limit, the malfunction of cartridge case pressed will occur. The paper had been proposed a measures of increasing extraction force and extraction speed, the test proved that the measures were effective, provided technical direction for solving problem of naval gun malfunction of cartridge case pressed.
