为全面掌握水面舰船复杂环境下机动性情况，根据水面舰船机动性评估的主要特点，提出基于多目标的水面舰船机动性评估的流程，建立水面舰船机动性评估指标体系，提出基于层次分析与多属性效用理论的综合评估方法，开展水面舰船复杂环境下机动性评估。实例应用表明，该评估方法适用可行，可为全面评价水面机动性提供技术支撑。
In order to control the research progress of maneuverability for surface warship,the evaluation index for maneuverability of surface warship were determined, and the index hierarchy was constructed.the integrated evaluation method was established based on analytic hierarchy and multi-attribute utility theory. It present computation and analysis for the application process of ship example. The integrated evaluation method can evaluate maneuverability of surface warship , which can give technique support in multi-object comprehensive evaluation for maneuverability of surface warship.
