本文以船首声呐平台为研究对象,针对凹角型声障板的降噪性能展开了数值仿真与试验验证。基于统计能量法建立了船首声呐平台机械噪声局部仿真模型,通过对比仿真与试验结果表明,两者在数值和变化趋势上具有较好的一致性,验证了仿真模型的准确性以及开展凹角型声障板性能研究的可行性。对比凹角型声障板降噪性能仿真值与试验结果可知,设置凹角型声障板可有效降低船首声呐平台局部模型内的机械噪声,进一步将凹角型声障板应用于整船进行船首声呐平台内机械噪声降噪效果分析,结果表明其仍旧具有较为良好的降噪性能。
In this research, ship's sonar platform is taken as the research object, and numerical simulation and experimental verification are carried out for the noise reduction performance of the concave angle acoustic baffle. Based on the statistical energy method, a local simulation model of the mechanical noise of the ship's sonar platform was established. The comparison between the simulation and the experimental results shows that the two have good consistency in numerical values and changing trends, which verifies the accuracy of the simulation model and the development of the concave shape feasibility of acoustic baffle performance study. Comparing the simulation value and test results of the noise reduction performance of the concave angle acoustic baffle, it can be seen that the installation of the concave angle acoustic baffle can effectively reduce the mechanical noise in the local model of the ship's sonar platform. Analysis of the noise reduction effect of mechanical noise in the sonar platform, the results show that it still has good noise reduction performance.
