雷达系统在船舶导航、目标侦察、避碰等方面发挥着重要作用,目前已经成为必不可少的船舶功能设备,雷达视频信号中包含了回波信号的各种特征,通过分析雷达视频信号可以获取被测目标的距离、尺寸等参数。本文基于视频图像序列的船舶雷达系统目标检测和目标特征参数提取方法,重点介绍基于差分图像法的运动目标检测、雷达视频信号的噪声滤波、基于边缘算法的视频图像目标特征提取,最后结合软硬件环境,开发了针对船用雷达的视频图像目标检测系统。
Radar system plays an important role in ship navigation, target reconnaissance and collision avoidance. At present, it has become an essential ship functional equipment. Radar video signal contains various characteristics of echo signal. By analyzing radar video signal, we can obtain the distance, size and other parameters of the measured target. The research direction of this paper is the target detection and target feature parameter extraction method of ship radar system based on video image sequence. It focuses on the moving target detection based on differential image method, the noise filtering of radar video signal and the target feature extraction of video image based on edge algorithm. Finally, combined with the software and hardware environment, a video image target detection system for ship radar is developed.
