为满足鱼雷热动力系统三组元推进剂高配比精度的要求,基于三转子流量计的工作原理提出三转子式比例控制器,研究其工作时各零部件之间的配合关系,推导配合间隙泄漏量的理论公式,计算不同配合间隙下的理论泄漏量,以此为基础对研制的工程样机进行试验测试。结果表明:所推导的内泄漏量理论公式有助于设计各零部件之间的配合间隙,当三转子式比例控制器配合间隙小于0.02 mm时其理论配比精度才能满足设计要求;定流量工况下三转子式比例控制器样机的配比精度在2.03%以内,验证了配合间隙泄漏量公式的准确性。研究成果为研制新型、高配比精度的比例控制器提供了新方案,有望进一步提升水下热动力系统的品质。
In order to achieve the high-precision proportion of tri-propellant in torpedo thermal power system, a tri-rotors proportional controller is proposed based on the working principle of tri-rotors flowmeter. The matching relationship between its parts is studied, the theoretical formula of matching clearance leakage is deduced, and the theoretical leakage under different matching clearances is calculated. On this basis, the engineering prototype is tested.The results show that the deduced theoretical formula of internal leakage is helpful to design the fit clearance between various parts. When the fit clearance of the tri-rotors proportional controller is less than 0.02 mm, the theoretical proportion accuracy can meet the design requirements. Under the conditions, the proportioning accuracy of the prototype of the tri-rotors proportional controller is within 2.03%, which verifies the accuracy of the formula for the leakage of the fit clearance.The research results provide a new method to develop higher accuracy proportional controllers, which are expected to further improve the performance of underwater thermal power system.
