随着近海和潮间带风电安装市场的进一步扩大,对自升式安装船的需求越来越大,从而船舶坐底来代替自升式平台进行风电安装成为最主要的替代方案。针对1600t起重船坐底改造项目,本文着重对海水冷却系统进行坐底工况设计,在海底门入泥或高过水面时,以内循环海水冷却系统实现全船的主辅机冷却。本文为船舶坐底改造技术研究提供参考。
As per the development of wind turbine installation market in the intertidal area and coastal area, the demand for the self-elevated wind turbine installation platform was increased. Used bottom supported ship to instead of self-elevated platform was the primary alternative proposal. For the renovation project of1600t crane ship, the internal seawater cooling system was designed for bottom supported operation. When sea chest penetration or higher than water level, the main engines and auxiliary equipments were cooled via internal seawater cooling system. The paper provides a important reference for bottom-supporting reformation project.
