水下航行器热动力装置工作时需要通过水下排气过程排放产生的废气,由于水下排气存在复杂的气液两相流,该过程会产生较大的排气噪声。为降低水下排气噪声,提出一种微气泡排气技术方案并开展相关试验验证。试验结果表明,气泡微小化对降低水下排气噪声作用明显。
When the thermal power unit of underwater vehicle works, the exhaust gas needs to be discharged though the underwater exhaust process. Due to the complex gas-liquid two-phase flow in the underwater exhaust, and the process will form large exhaust noise. Aiming at the problem of reducing underwater exhaust noise, a microbubble exhaust scheme is proposed and the corresponding experiments are carried out. The experimental results show that the miniaturization of bubbles has an obvious effect on reducing underwater exhaust noise.
