为探索仿生叶片对潮流能水轮机性能的影响,本文利用STAR-CCM+软件对具有仿生叶片的潮流能水轮机进行数值模拟,与传统水轮机的压力和流场特征进行对比,以探讨仿生水轮机和传统水轮机在不同工况下的水动力特性变化规律。结果表明,仿生水轮机主要作用在低尖速比范围内而叶片失速的情况下,在高尖速比区,仿生水轮机的性能提升不太显著。此外,前缘结节可以产生较大的转矩,仿生水平轴潮流能水轮机启动流速也较低。
In order to explore the influence of bionic blades on the performance of tidal turbine, STAR-CCM+ software was used in this paper to carry out numerical simulation of tidal turbine with bionic blades, and to compare with the pressure and flow field characteristics of the traditional turbine, so as to discuss the variation law of hydrodynamic characteristics of the two under different working conditions. The results show that the bionic turbine works mainly in the case of low tip speed ratio and blade stall. In the area of high tip ratio, the performance of the bionic turbine is not significantly improved. In addition, the leading edge nodules can generate a larger torque, and the bionic horizontal axis tidal current turbine starts at a lower velocity.
