大型渔船或LNG天然气运输船为了保证货物的运输温度,必须配置高性能的恒温运输系统,通常包括温度传感器、制冷电机、空气循环系统和控制中心等部件。本文设计一种基于ARM的高精度船舶恒温运输系统,确保船舶运输系统的温度浮动低于1℃,分别从基于ARM的恒温运输系统基本原理、系统关键硬件、系统的模拟电路等方面进行详细介绍,有助于提升现有船舶恒温运输系统的性能。
In order to ensure the transportation temperature of goods, large fishing boats or LNG natural gas carriers must be equipped with high-performance constant temperature transportation system, which usually includes temperature sensor, refrigeration motor, air circulation system and control center. The main research work of this paper is to establish a high-precision ship constant temperature transportation system based on arm to ensure that the temperature fluctuation of ship transportation system is less than 1 ℃. The basic principle, key hardware and analog circuit of the constant temperature transportation system based on arm are introduced in detail, which will help to improve the performance of the existing ship constant temperature transportation system.
