内燃机是船舶的重要动力装置,一旦发生故障会对船舶的正常航行造成影响。通过对引起船舶内燃机故障的原因分析后发现,推进轴扭转振动是导致内燃机故障的主要原因之一。当推进轴发生扭转振动问题后,随着扭振的不断加剧,会使曲轴、螺旋桨轴等轴承发生断裂、齿轮磨损、联轴器损坏等情况,由此对船舶航行的安全性造成严重影响。为确保船舶能够在海上安全、稳定航行,有必要加大推进轴瞬态扭转振动响应的研究力度。在具体的分析过程中,选择有限元分析软件,并构建实体模型,通过分析得到主要的影响因素,为减振设计提供参考依据。
The internal combustion engine is an important power device of a ship, and once it fails, it will affect the normal navigation of the ship. After analyzing the reasons for the failure of the internal combustion engine of the ship, it is found that the torsional vibration of the propulsion shaft is one of the main reasons for the failure of the internal combustion engine. When the torsional vibration of the propulsion shaft occurs, as the torsional vibration continues to intensify, the crankshaft, propeller shaft and other bearings will be broken, the gears will be worn, and the couplings will be damaged, which will seriously affect the safety of the ship's navigation. In order to ensure that the ship can sail safely and stably at sea, it is necessary to increase the research on the transient torsional vibration response of the propulsion shaft. In the specific analysis process, the finite element analysis software is selected, and the solid model is constructed, and the main influencing factors are obtained through the analysis, which provides a reference for the vibration reduction design.
