本文研究一种用于舰载相控阵雷达的双极化平面超宽带阵列天线设计技术。阵列由金属地上的紧密耦合偶极子组成,采用多层介质板进一步拓展带宽,并设计了一种巧妙的馈电方式进行输入阻抗匹配。首先分析超宽带结构的基本原理,然后利用HFSS软件对无穷大阵列进行了设计与优化,在此基础上介绍8×8规模阵列的设计与加工,测试结果显示在6.8~20 GHz频段内VSWR<2。最后给出了8×8阵列的驻波仿真图和测试结果的比较,以及仿真方向图,并分析了紧密耦合型阵列方向图测试的相关问题。
The design of a dual-polarized planar ultra-wideband antenna array operating over 6~20 GHz for shipboard phased array radar is presented in this paper. The array is comprised of tightly coupled dipoles printed on a grounded substrate. The array is fabricated using multilayer microwave PCB to further improve the bandwidth. A clever feed method is used to impedance matching. This paper analyzes the principle leading to the wideband at first. Then presenting the design and optimize of infinite array with HFSS software. The design and manufacture of 8×8 array will be introduced on the basis of this. This prototype array exhibits a measured VSWR<2 within 6.8~20 GHz. The comparison of simulation results and measurements of 8×8 array and the simulated patterns are given finally, and analyzes the related problems about array's patterns measurement.
