航空遥感图像在舰船领域中的应用日益广泛,在遥感图像中存在众多弱小目标,需采用有效算法和科学模型对弱小目标精准检测。本文介绍舰船弱小目标检测流程,提出应用航空遥感影像进行舰船弱小目标检测的算法和模型,即建立改进后的YOLOv3模型,通过增加检测尺度、设定锚框尺寸、设定锚框参数以及改进损失函数,弥补原有模型检测能力的不足,提高舰船弱小目标检测的精准度。经仿真实验证明,改进模型比其他模型的舰船目标综合检测能力以及舰船弱小目标检测能力更强。
The application of aerial remote sensing images in the field of ships is increasingly widespread. There are many weak and small targets in remote sensing images. Effective algorithms and scientific models are required to accurately detect weak and small targets. This paper introduces the detection process of ship weak and small targets, and proposes an algorithm and model for the detection of weak and small targets of ships using aerial remote sensing images, that is, to establish an improved YOLOv3 model. The loss function is improved to make up for the insufficiency of the original model detection ability, and improve the accuracy of ship weak and small target detection. The simulation experiment proves that the improved model is stronger than the other models in the comprehensive detection ability of ship targets and the detection ability of weak and small ships.
