以一种新型集成桅杆的主体结构为研究对象,首先对主体结构进行结构优化和轻量化设计,将外板厚度减薄,增加加强筋和T型材数量,优化后,主要靠加强筋和T型材承载。然后基于Patran软件,分析其在重力载荷、风载荷及舰船惯性载荷作用下的结构响应,进行了结构强度校核和模态分析。分析结果表明,优化后的主体结构强度满足使用要求,中横剖面与中纵剖面惯性矩差异缩小57%,结构重量减轻53%,一阶固有频率错开风载脉动频率296%、错开船体总振动频率289%、错开主机振动频率46%。该优化设计与分析方法对其他集成桅杆的设计具有积极参考意义。
The main structure of a new integrated mast is taken as the research object. Firstly, the structural optimization and lightweight design of the main structure are carried out. Then, based on Patran software, the structural response under gravity load, wind load and ship inertia load is analyzed, and the structural strength check and model analysis are carried out. The analysis result show that the strength of the optimized main structure meets the use requirements, the difference of moment of inertia between the middle cross section and the middle section is reduced by 57%,the weight of the structure is reduced by 53%, the first-order natural frequency is staggered by 296% of the wind load pulsation frequency, 289% of the total vibration frequency of the hull and 46% of the vibration frequency of the main engine. The optimization design and analysis method in this paper has great reference significance for the design of other integrated mast.
