在船舶上,柴油机既可做为主机为船舶正常行驶提供推进动力,也可以驱动发电机、应急空压机等设备。如果柴油机发生异常,则会对船舶航行造成不利影响。活塞是柴油机的重要组成部分之一,在使用中,活塞常常会出现失效情况,对此应当采取有效的方法进行检测,分析原因、优化改进,减少并杜绝失效问题的发生,提高船舶柴油机的运行可靠性,确保船舶安全、稳定航行。
On ships, diesel engines play an indispensable role. The main engine provides propulsion power for the normal running of the ship, and the auxiliary engines can drive equipment such as generators, air compressors, and water pumps. If the diesel engine is abnormal, it will adversely affect the navigation of the ship. Piston is one of the important components of a diesel engine. The piston often fails. Effective methods should be taken to detect the failure of the piston to find out the cause of the failure. Optimizing and improving, reducing and eliminating the occurrence of failure problems, and improving the operational reliability of marine diesel engines are of great significance to ensure the safe and stable navigation of ships.
