目前LNG C型舱已广泛应用于船舶燃料维护系统设计。本文针对双燃料油船LNG C型燃料舱的传热特点,运用传热学的基本原理,提出基于热传导、热对流等传热方式下的三维有限元温度场计算方法,并以某型双燃料油船为例,分析鞍座及附近船体结构的温度变化情况和应力场计算结果,基于适用的规范要求,为准确选择LNG C型燃料舱鞍座区域的船体结构材料提供依据。
At present,the LNG type C tank has been widely used in the design of ship fuel maintenance system.In this paper, a three-dimensional finite element temperature field calculation method based on heat conduction, heat convection is proposed according to the heat transfer characteristics of LNG type C tank of dual fuel oil tanker. Taking a certain type of dual fuel oil tanker as an example, the temperature variation and stress field calculation results of the saddle and the nearby hull structure are analyzed. Based on the specification requirements, it provides a basis for accurately selecting the hull structure materials in the saddle area of LNG type C fuel tank.
