“闪电航母”是指搭载F-35B战斗机的中、轻型航母和搭载约20架F-35B的大型两栖舰。美“闪电航母”和平时期能“替补”大型航母执行任务;以英、日、韩为代表的美国盟友大力发展搭载F-35B的中、轻型航母,构建“闪电航母”作战力量,提升美盟装备互用性、协同作战能力。但受限于财政及国家战略等因素,美盟“闪电航母”难以在印太地区的高端战争中发挥有效作用。本文从发展态势、作战运用、威胁研判等方面梳理“闪电航母”作战概念,分析指出“闪电航母”将有效提升美海军战备水平、作战响应速度,一定程度上改变未来海战作战样式;美盟友“闪电航母”的存在使得印太地区海上作战环境更复杂,作战决策更加困难。
The medium and light carriers with F-35B fighters and large amphibious ships with about 20 F-35Bs are lightning aircraft carrier. The US lightning aircraft carrier can replace large aircraft carriers in peacetime. The US allies, such as the UK, Japan and the ROK have made great efforts to develop medium and light aircraft carriers carrying F-35B and build the lightning aircraft carrier combat force, which has enhanced the interoperability of equipment and cooperative combat capabilities of the US and the allies. However, due to financial and national strategic constraints, the lightning aircraft carrier of the US-allies cannot play an effective role in high-end wars in the indo-pacific region. In this paper, the operational concept of lightning aircraft carrier is summarized from the aspects of development situation, operational application, threat analysis and other aspects. It is believed that lightning aircraft carrier will effectively improve the combat readiness level and operational response speed of the US Navy, and to some extent change the operational style of future naval warfare. The existence of lightning aircraft carrier has made the maritime combat environment in the indo-pacific region more complicated and made it more difficult to make operational decisions.
