舵设备是船舶进行操纵的重要设备,传统舵的性能计算和结构设计多针对航行船舶开展,对系泊在位状态船舶的舵波浪载荷关注较少。采用CFD方法,针对一艘系泊在位状态下FSO(floating storage and offloading)在遭遇极端波浪时的舵载荷进行计算。首先根据FSO临界作业条件评估船体与波浪的最大遭遇角度,然后建立数值波浪水池,评估最大遭遇角状态在实际海况下的舵力矩特征。研究结果表明,在极端海况下的舵力矩会超出规范设计舵力矩,会对舵系结构安全造成威胁。本文研究成果可为同类型舵结构的设计提供参考。
Rudder equipment is an important equipment for ship maneuvering. Traditional rudder performance calculation and structural design are mostly carried out for navigation ships, and less attention is paid to the rudder wave load of ships moored in position. In this paper, the CFD method is used to calculate the rudder load when a moored FSO (Floating Storage and Offloading) encounters extreme waves. Firstly, the maximum encounter angle between the hull and the wave is evaluated according to the critical operating conditions of the FSO, and then a numerical wave tanker is established to evaluate the characteristics of the rudder torque in the actual sea state at the maximum encounter angle. The results show that the rudder torque under extreme sea conditions will exceed the standard design rudder torque, posing a threat to the safety of the rudder system. The research in this article can provide reference for the design of the same type of rudder structure.
