本文针对船舶机舱管系的振动问题,提出一种基于动力吸振原理的吸振装置。该装置结合悬臂梁吸振器的特点,通过调谐吸振装置固有频率,降低管路振动传递强度,改变管路振动特性,使管系振动处于安全范围,从而实现振动的吸收。本文将吸振装置引入到某船机舱滑油管系的振动区域,并基于正交法思想对装置的结构参数和质量配置进行优化,分析装置的有效范围和布置方式。在此基础上,通过有限元数值仿真分析吸振装置的减振性能。数值结果显示,本文吸振装置可有效降低管系振动的强度,加速度插入损失可达23.5 dB左右。
In this paper, a vibration absorbing device based on dynamic vibration absorbing principle is proposed to solve the vibration problem of marine engine room piping system. The device combines the characteristics of cantilever beam vibration absorber, through tuning the natural frequency of vibration absorber, reduces the transmission intensity of pipeline vibration, changes the pipeline vibration characteristics, makes the pipeline vibration in a safe range, so as to achieve vibration absorption. In this paper, the vibration absorption device is introduced into the vibration area of the oil pipe system in a ship’s engine room, and the structural parameters and mass configuration of the device are optimized based on the idea of orthogonal method, and the effective range and layout of the device are analyzed. On this basis, the damping performance of the vibration absorber is analyzed by finite element numerical simulation. The numerical results show that the vibration intensity of the pipe system can be effectively reduced by the vibration absorber in this paper, and the acceleration insertion loss can reach about 23.5 dB.
