海上救助作业风险具有多元性、模糊性和动态性的特点,为了更合理地对海上救助作业进行针对性综合风险评估研究,提出一种基于组合赋权和多元联系数的海上救助作业风险评估方法。以全域思维构建覆盖人机环管的风险评估指标体系,利用主客观组合赋权,再以集对分析理论为基础,构建基于多元联系数风险态势评估模型,全面刻画海上救助作业风险因素的安全受控状态和发展趋势,以海上扫侧作业为例开展实例分析。与传统方法相比,该方法利用优化的层次分析法和熵值法组合赋权与多元联系数相结合,可以全面、科学、系统地对海上救助作业进行风险现状及发展态势评估。
The risk of marine rescue operations is characterized by diversity, ambiguity and dynamic nature, so it is necessary to carry out targeted risk assessment technology research. The hierarchical analysis method and entropy method optimized by rough set theory are used to combine empowerment the main and objective evaluation indexes respectively, and then based on the set of analysis theory, build a risk situation assessment model based on multiple contact number, and comprehensively described the safety control state and development trend of the risk factors of the marine rescue operation. The marine scanning operation is taken as an example.
