采用有限元方法,基于观察窗有机玻璃的耐压试验数据,修正耐压试验模型的观察窗与窗座的摩擦系数,建立相对准确的结构特性分析方法。通过对锥台形观察窗有机玻璃结构特性的分析和参数化研究,得到了观察窗小端外缘损伤的原因,完成了锥台形观察窗的优化设计。本文建立的观察窗结构特性分析方法可为潜水器观察窗的分析和设计提供参考。
The friction coefficient between the viewing window and the window seat of the pressure test model was corrected based on the pressure test of the viewing window plexiglass by using the finite element method, and a relatively accurate structural characteristics analysis method was established. Through the analysis and parametric study on the structural characteristics of the organic glass of the frustum-shaped observation window, the reason for the damage of the outer edge of the small end of the observation window is obtained, and the optimization design of the frustum-shaped observation window is completed. The analysis method for the structural characteristics of the observation window established in this paper can provide a reference for the analysis and design of the observation window of a submersible.
