管路布局设计是船舶设计开发过程的重要环节,布局设计过程需要重点考虑船舶空间的利用率、设备管路的安全性、船舶建造和布管过程的经济性等多种因素。随着船舶工业的发展,管路布局设计与智能优化算法逐渐融合,在高性能计算机的支撑下,布局效率更高,空间利用也更加合理。本文提出一种基于遗传算法的智能布局技术,针对船舶的管路布局进行设计和仿真。
Ship layout design is an important link in the process of ship design and development. The layout design process needs to focus on the utilization of ship space, the safety of equipment pipelines, the economy of ship production and pipe laying, and other factors. With the development of the shipbuilding industry, the ship layout design and intelligent optimization algorithms in the industry are gradually integrated. With the support of high-performance computers, the ship layout efficiency is higher. The space utilization is also more reasonable. In this paper, a ship intelligent layout technology based on genetic algorithm is proposed to design and simulate the ship pipeline layout.
