船舶主推进电机是船舶的主要噪声源之一。针对船舶主推进电机引起舱室环境噪声大的问题,依据船舶噪声测量方法和规定,对某型船舶主推进电机舱舱室环境噪声进行测量和分析。结果表明,主推进电机的结构噪声和电磁噪声以及风机的低频噪声是引起舱室环境噪声大的主要原因,可通过优化主推进电机的支持结构阻尼、轴向支撑刚度以及风机和空调附件结构等方式进行降噪。本文研究对减小船舶噪声、提高船舶环保性能和改善艇员生活环境具有重要意义。
The main propulsion motor cabin is a main noise source of ships. Aiming at the problem of cabin environmental noise caused by ship's main propulsion motor, the cabin environmental noise of a ship's main propulsion motor is measured and analyzed according to the ship's noise measurement methods and regulations. The results show that the structural noise and electromagnetic noise of the main propulsion motor and the low-frequency noise of the fan are the main reasons for the high cabin environmental noise. Noise reduction can be achieved by optimizing the support structure damping, axial support stiffness of the main propulsion motor and the structure of fans and air conditioning accessories. This study is of great significance to reduce ship noise, improve ship environmental protection performance and improve crew living environment.
