海洋尤其是深海已然成为人类生存发展的新空间、科技竞争的新高地，也将成为各国战略利益交汇博弈的主战场。载人深潜技术是海洋高技术领域综合实力的体现，支撑并推动了海洋领域军民两方面的重大进步，正在加速形成“一个核心、多点发力”的新发展格局。本文聚焦载人潜水器技术在载人作业、援潜救生、特种作战3个重点应用领域的创新，从发展需求、技术起源、发展路径、应用模式等角度进行了总结和分析。
The ocean, especially the deep sea, has become a new space for human survival and development, a new highland for scientific and technological competition, and will also become the main battlefield for the intersection of strategic interests of various countries. Manned deep submergence technology is the embodiment of the comprehensive strength in the field of marine high technology. It has supported and promoted major progress in both military and civilian aspects of the marine field, and is accelerating the formation of a new development pattern of "one core, multi-point development". This paper focuses on the three key application fields of manned operation, submarine rescue and special operations, and summarizes and analyzes them from the perspectives of development needs, technology origin, development path and application mode.
