考虑腐蚀损伤的船体结构强度分析

- 长期在恶劣海况下营运的船舶,不可避免的会产生腐蚀,在营运检验中只能简单通过腐蚀比例和典型剖面的剖面模数来评估结构强度,给现场检验及修理提供的指导较为有限。对某18年船龄集装箱船进行实船测厚,并在考虑腐蚀损伤的情况下进行舱段有限元计算分析,校核其屈服强度和屈曲强度。结果表明在相同腐蚀情况下,采用高强度钢的结构,其强度下降更为严重,同时在对腐蚀较大区域进行结构加强,还需对相邻的关键结构进行分析及必要的加强。通过计算结果的分析及优化方案的校核,为现场检验及维修提供参考。
Corrosion inevitably occurs when ships sail in harsh sea environment for a long period of time. For ships in service, hull structure strength can only be evaluated by checking the corrosive ratio and section modules, providing limited instructions to the ship survey and repairment. Through conducting a thickness measure for a container ship sailing for 18 years, a FEM model with corrosion damnification has been analyzed with an emphasis on checking the yield strength and buckling strength. The result indicates that in the same corrosion case, the structure adopt the higher tensile steel can cause obvious descent of strength. Meanwhile strengthening of the substantial corrosive area, together with its adjacent area’s key structure, is necessary. Meanwhile, beneficial suggestions upon ship survey and repairment have been achieved through data analysis and evaluation plan optimization.
