为评估船舶动力系统状态切换过程,首先提取系统状态切换过程中与控制参数相关性最高的运行参数,计算状态切换过程中运行参数的平稳度,再对时间积分,获得能够体现出状态切换过程稳定性与快速性的参数,称为综合平稳度。通过综合平稳度实现对动力系统状态切换过程的量化评估。最后通过一个汽轮发电机组功率切换案例展示评估方法的应用。发现在汽轮发电机组功率切换案例中,采用双变量同步切换的方案,切换过程的稳定性与快速性显著优于单变量控制方案与双变量异步控制方案。基于综合平稳度的评估方法能够实现对船舶动力系统状态切换方案的评估。
To evaluate the state switching process of ship power system, extract the operating parameters that have the highest correlation with the control parameters during the system state switching process, and the smoothness of the operating parameters during the state switching process is calculated, then integrated by time and got the parameter called comprehensive stability which can reflect stability and rapidly of state switching process. The quantitative assessment of power status switching process can be realized by comprehensive stability. Finally, the application of the evaluation method is displayed by a power switching case of steam wheel generator sets. ResultsIt is found that in the power switching case of steam wheel generator sets, the stability and rapidity of dual variable synchronous control scheme during the switching process are significantly better than that in single variable control scheme and dual variable asynchronous control scheme. The evaluation of the state switching scheme for ship power system can be realized by the assessment method based on comprehensive stability.
