分焦平面型偏振相机由于具有结构紧凑以及能实时获取偏振信息等优势,目前在军民领域广泛使用。但受制造工艺的影响,分焦平面偏振成像相机存在着一些缺陷,这些缺陷会导致测量误差,从而影响所获取的偏振信息的精度。本文对分焦平面型偏振相机进行误差分析,并将各误差因素对偏振信息探测精度的影响进行数值仿真,得到了分焦平面型偏振相机的成像误差与各影响因素的依赖关系,可以为分焦平面型偏振相机成像误差校正提供理论支撑。
Split-focus planar polarization cameras are now widely used in military applications and commercial applications because of their compact structure and the ability to acquire polarization information in real time. However, due to the manufacturing process, there are some defects in the split-focus planar polarization imaging cameras, which can lead to measurement errors and thus affect the accuracy of the acquired polarization information. In this paper, the error analysis of the split-focus planar polarization camera and the numerical simulation of the influence of each error factor on the detection accuracy of polarization information are carried out, and the dependence of the imaging error of the split-focus planar polarization camera on each influence factor is obtained, which can provide theoretical support for the correction of the imaging error of the split-focus planar polarization camera.
