- 研究物联网技术的船舶危险货物监测系统,实时、全面监测船舶危险货物,保障船舶危险货物运输安全性。该系统通过终端层内的RFID、多种传感器等设备,采集危险货物的固定信息以及状态信息,并通过构建RFID处理模型融合采集的信息,保证采集信息完整性;通过网络层将融合后的危险货物相关信息传送至监控层数据库中存储,同时监控层采用深度学习网络检测危险货物的实时状态,并通过监控中心和智能终端展示监测结果。测试结果显示:该系统能够获取危险货物的状态变化信息;保证阅读器在货物监测时均匀分布,避免RFID发生采集碰撞,全面读取货物信息;能可靠检测货物状态,判断货物是否发生泄漏或者损害。
The ship dangerous goods monitoring system based on internet of things technology is studied to monitor the ship dangerous goods in real time and comprehensively, and ensure the safety of ship dangerous goods transportation. The system collects fixed information and status information of dangerous goods through RFID, multiple sensors and other devices in the terminal layer, and fuses the collected information by building an RFID processing model to ensure the integrity of the collected information. The fused dangerous goods related information is transmitted to the monitoring layer database for storage through the network layer. At the same time, the monitoring layer uses the deep learning network to detect the real-time status of dangerous goods, and displays the monitoring results through the monitoring center and intelligent terminals. The test results show that the system can obtain the state change information of dangerous goods; Ensure that readers are evenly distributed during cargo monitoring, avoid RFID collection collision, and read cargo information comprehensively. It can reliably detect the state of goods and judge whether there is leakage or damage to goods.
