为减少比例控制器三路入口压力差异对其配比精度的不利影响,设计3款节流孔板分别加装在三转子式比例控制器的三路入口,试验研究定流量、变流量和三路入口压力差异工况下节流孔板对三转子式比例控制器配比精度的改善效果。结果表明:定流量工况下,比例控制器加装孔板后各流量工况点间的配比比例更为接近;变流量工况下,比例控制器的配比比例较为稳定,其加装孔板后更加接近理论设计值;三路入口压力差异对比例控制器的配比比例具有显著影响,其加装孔板后配比精度明显提高,有效削弱了入口压力差异带来的负面影响。研究成果为进一步提高三转子式比例控制器的配比精度提供了新的思路和方案,也为其工程应用推广奠定了技术基础。
In order to reduce the adverse effect of the pressure difference at the three inlet of the tri-rotors proportional controller on its proportioning accuracy, three types of throttle orifice plates are designed and installed at the three inlet of the tri-rotors proportional controller respectively. The improvement effect of the throttle orifice plate on the proportioning accuracy of the tri-rotors proportional controller under conditions of constant flow, variable flow and three inlet pressure difference is experimentally studied. The results show that under constant flow condition, the proportional of each flow condition point is closer when the tri-rotors proportional controller is equipped with orifice plate; under variable flow condition, the proportion of tri-rotors proportional controller is relatively stable, and it is closer to the theoretical design value after adding orifice plates; the three inlet pressure difference has a significant impact on the proportion of the tri-rotors proportional controller, after the orifices are installed, the proportioning accuracy is significantly improved, which effectively weakens the negative impact caused by the inlet pressure difference. The research results provide a new idea and scheme for further improving the proportioning accuracy of the tri-rotors proportional controller, and also lay a technical foundation for its engineering application and popularization.
