船用柴油机排气管设计及特征研究

- 为解决船用柴油机在重新匹配小型四增压器后,仍会出现排温不均匀性的问题,提出2种排气管设计方案,即八缸共一根排气管和四缸共一根排气管。初定排气管主要结构尺寸后,得出结论八缸共一根排气管设计方案更能满足柴油机各缸一致性,并最终在柴油机性能试验上进行验证,效果显著。
In order to solve exhaust temperature unevenness problem after rematching miniature four-turbocharger for marine diesel engine, two solutions of exhaust pipe layout are proposed , namely eight cylinders with one exhaust pipe and four cylinders with one exhaust pipe. After determining initial basic structure, it is concluded that the solution of eight cylinders with one exhaust pipe can better satisfy the cylinder consistency and achive significant effect by performance test on test-bed.
