- 为实现不同载荷下船体框架变形程度自动精准检测,设计一种新的船体框架变形程度自动检测系统。此系统的光电探测模块由线阵CCD相机,采集船体框架变形图像后,通过图像采集和传输单元将采集的图像打包整理,使用网络交换机传输至中心控制台的工控计算机,工控计算机启动基于相机位姿的船体框架变形程度测量模型,结合线阵CCD相机位姿数据,计算获取图像中船体框架变形检测点的实际变形量,完成变形程度自动检测。经实验验证,所设计系统在6级海况载荷、8级海况载荷工况中,对船体甲板框架变形程度自动检测结果,与实际值不存在明显的异常偏差,吻合度显著,可实现不同载荷下船体框架变形程度自动精准检测。
In order to realize the automatic and accurate detection of hull frame deformation under different loads, a new automatic detection system of hull frame deformation is designed. The photoelectric detection module of this system consists of a linear array CCD camera. After collecting the deformation image of the hull frame, the collected image is packaged and sorted through the image acquisition and transmission unit, and transmitted to the industrial control computer of the central console using the network switch. The industrial control computer starts the measurement model of the deformation degree of the hull frame based on the camera's position and orientation, and combines the known position and orientation data of the linear array CCD camera. Calculate the actual deformation of the hull frame deformation detection points in the image, and complete the automatic detection of the deformation degree. According to the experimental verification, the designed system has no obvious abnormal deviation from the actual value in the automatic detection results of the deformation degree of the hull deck frame under level 6 sea state load and level 8 sea state load conditions, and the coincidence is significant, which can realize the automatic and accurate detection of the deformation degree of the hull deck frame under different loads.
