绿色船舶工业的内涵及评价准则

- 船舶工业具有集成性强、产业复杂程度高、信息与技术水平高等特点，是国民经济的重要组成部分。同时，船舶工业能耗高、投入资金高、风险高。面对日益激烈的国际市场竞争，如何提升我国船舶工业的生产、运营机制，降低船舶工业的自身能耗，避免对自然资源的过度浪费，实现船舶工业的绿色化转型，目前已经成为了我国船舶工业亟需解决的问题。本文从绿色船舶工业的概念着手，分别从绿色船厂、绿色船舶供应链协同机制等方面进行详细阐述。
The shipbuilding industry has strong integration, high complexity, information and technology level, is the key component of national economy, at the same time, the shipbuilding industry also has high energy consumption, high investment, high risk, in the face of increasingly fierce international market competition, how to improve the production and operation mechanism of China's shipbuilding industry, reduce the energy consumption of the shipbuilding industry, avoid excessive waste of the natural environment, realize the green transformation of shipbuilding industry, has become the shipbuilding industry needs to solve problems. This paper starts from the concept of green shipbuilding industry, and introduces the coordination mechanism of green shipyard and green ship supply chain in detail respectively.
