碰撞是影响船舶安全航行的主要因素之一,为此研究应用精细积分的船舶碰撞载荷数值计算方法。依据船舶基本参数,建立碰撞运动方程;通过精细积分求解运动方程,得到碰撞载荷向量,完成碰撞载荷数值计算。试验证明:被撞船舶速度越快,碰撞载荷数值越大,船舶外壳破裂速度也越快;不同被撞船舶质量,碰撞前期碰撞载荷数值基本一致,碰撞后期碰撞载荷数值差距逐渐变大,被撞船舶质量越大,碰撞载荷数值越大;适当增加防护装置的泡沫铝厚度与橡胶厚度,可提升船舶碰撞载荷数值,加强船舶的防撞性能。
Collision is one of the main factors that affect the safety of ship navigation. Therefore, the numerical calculation method of ship collision load using precise integration is studied. According to the ship's basic parameters, the ship collision motion equation is established. The collision load vector is obtained by solving the motion equation through precise integration, and the numerical calculation of ship collision load is completed. The test shows that the faster the speed of the impacted ship is, the greater the ship collision load value is, and the faster the ship shell rupture speed is. When the mass of the impacted ship is different, the value of the collision load is basically the same at the early stage of the collision and at different masses. At the late stage of the collision, the difference between the values of the collision load at different masses gradually increases. The greater the mass of the impacted ship, the greater the value of the ship's collision load. Properly increasing the thickness of foam aluminum and rubber of the protective device can improve the ship collision load value and enhance the ship's anti-collision performance.
