遮流罩排放口对水下航行器热射流温度场影响的数值仿真

- 海洋环境水下航行器热射流排放口的结构形状直接影响排出热射流尾迹的温度衰减特性,优化排放口结构对于提升水下航行器的热隐身性能具有积极意义。建立水下航行器遮流罩排放口的物理和数学模型,采用有限体积法,对水下航行器热射流排放过程的进行仿真模拟,对比分析圆形排放口、椭圆形排放口以及遮流罩作用下的圆形排放口、椭圆形排放口的水下航行器排出热射流尾迹的温度分布及衰减情况。模拟结果表明,椭圆形排放口更有利于排出热射流尾迹的温度衰减,有遮流罩作用下,排出热射流尾迹温度扩散更快。
The structure and shape of underwater vehicle’s discharge port directly affect the temperature attenuation characteristics of the discharging hot jet wake in marine environment, optimizing the discharge port structure has positive significance for improving the thermal stealth performance of underwater vehicles.The physical and mathematical models of the underwater vehicle’s discharge port are established, and the discharging process of the hot jet is simulated by using the finite volume method.The temperature distribution and attenuation of hot jet wake discharged by underwater vehicles with circular discharge port, elliptical discharge port, circular discharge port and elliptical discharge port under the action of baffle are compared and analyzed. The simulation results show that the elliptical discharge port is more conducive to the temperature attenuation of the discharging hot jet wake, and the temperature diffusion of the discharging hot jet wake is faster under the action of the baffle.
