在圆截面环形耐压壳基础上,提出一种新型波纹截面环形耐压壳。通过耐压壳体极限强度非线性分析方法,研究波纹数对波纹截面环形耐压壳屈曲载荷的影响规律,优选出一种波纹截面环形耐压壳,并与圆环壳进行对比分析。结果表明,随着波纹数的增加,波纹截面环形耐压壳的屈曲载荷大幅度提高,当波纹数增加到12时,波纹截面环形耐压壳承载能力高达圆截面环形耐压壳的98%,但波纹结构的制造难度和成本大幅度降低。本文研究可为深海空间站的创新设计提供参考。
Based on the circular cross-section toroidal pressure shell, a new type of corrugated cross-section toroidal pressure shell was proposed. Through the nonlinear analysis method of the ultimate strength of the pressure shell, the influence of the number of corrugations on the buckling load of the corrugated cross-section pressure shell was studied, and a corrugated cross-section toroidal pressure shell was selected and compared with the toroidal shell. The results showed that with the increase of the number of corrugations, the buckling load of the corrugated cross-section toroidal pressure shell increased greatly. When the number of corrugations increased to 12, the carrying capacity of the corrugated cross-section toroidal pressure shell was as high as 98% of the circular cross-section toroidal pressure shell. However, the manufacturing difficulty and cost of the corrugated structure were greatly reduced. This research can provide a reference for the innovative design of the deep-sea space station.
