- 船-冰碰撞时船体的结构响应是极地船舶结构安全性研究的关键问题。制备非冻结模型冰、采用合理的缩尺比构建船体板架模型、基于合理的监测方法进行模型试验,试验完成后通过数据处理对结果进行分析;再利用相同的结构模型参数进行数值仿真,对比2种船冰碰撞研究方法。结果表明:各测点最大应力以及碰撞力吻合较好,验证了非冻结冰模型与板架力学模型的合理性,数据监测及处理方法的正确性以及所采用的数值模拟方法的准确性。
The structural response of ship hull in ship ice collision is a key problem in the study of structural safety of polar ships. Prepare the non freezing model ice, construct the hull grillage model with a reasonable scale ratio, and conduct the model test based on a reasonable monitoring method. After the test, the results are analyzed by data processing. Then, the same structural model parameters are used for numerical simulation, and the results of two ship ice collision research methods are compared. The results show that the maximum stress and collision force of each measuring point are in good agreement, which verifies the rationality of the non freezing ice model and the plate frame mechanical model, the correctness of the data monitoring and processing method and the accuracy of the numerical simulation method.
