- 近年来伸缩型侧推装置在科考船有大量的应用实例,伸缩型侧推底部封板,是保证声学设备正常使用的必要装置。本文基于CFD数值仿真方法预报伸缩型侧推装置底封板结构的工作载荷,对不同作业工况下的底封板结构载荷成分和载荷特征进行了分析。在此基础上进一步开展结构强度评估,总结提出伸缩型侧推装置底封板结构设计载荷确定方法和应力分布规律。
In recent years, the RDT device has a large number of application examples in the research vessel, and the bottom cover plate of the RDT device is a necessary device to ensure the normal use of acoustic equipment.Based on the CFD numerical simulation method, the working load of the bottom cover plate structure of the RDT device is predicted, and the load components and load characteristics of the bottom cover plate structure under different working conditions are analyzed. On this basis, the structural strength evaluation is further carried out. The load determination method and stress distribution law of the design of the bottom cover plate structure of the RDT device are summarized.
