- 以降低船载无人机重量,提升船载无人机力学性能为目的,设计基于3D打印的船载无人机参数化设计方法。通过面向3D打印的SolidWorks软件建立以船载无人机结构柔度最小为目标,以体积、梯度等为约束条件的船载无人机参数确定模型;利用变权重变异鸽群优化算法,求解该模型,确定最小结构柔度对应的船载无人机参数;依据确定的参数,建立船载无人机的三维模型,并导入3D打印软件内;3D打印技术以分层处理的方式,完成船载无人机参数化设计。实践证明,该方法可有效确定船载无人机参数,建立船载无人机三维模型,有效完成船载无人机参数化设计。该方法设计的船载无人机最大应力较大,符合无人机结构刚度与强度等力学性能需求。
In order to reduce the weight of shipborne UAV and improve the mechanical performance of shipborne UAV, the parametric design method of shipborne UAV based on 3D printing was studied. 3D print-oriented SolidWorks software is used to establish the parameters determination model of shipborne UAV with the minimum structural compliance as the target and the volume and gradient as the constraint conditions. Using the variable weight variable pigeon swarm optimization algorithm, the model was solved, and the parameters corresponding to the minimum structure flexibility were determined. According to the determined parameters, the three-dimensional model of shipborne UAV is established and imported into the 3D printing software. The 3D printing technology completes the parametric design of shipborne UAV in the way of layered processing. Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively determine the parameters of shipborne UAV and establish a three-dimensional model of shipborne UAV. This method can effectively complete the parametric design of shipborne UAV. The maximum stress of shipborne UAVs designed by this method is large, which meets the mechanical properties requirements such as structural stiffness and strength of uAVs.
