- 深潜救生艇是一种可与沉没失事潜艇对接，援救出被困艇员的载人潜水器，是执行潜艇救生保障的核心装备，对潜艇的安全保障具有重要意义，历来受到拥有潜艇国家的高度重视。本文对目前国外深潜救生艇的现状进行梳理，分析和归纳了当前国外深潜救生艇的救援能力，并对未来的发展趋势进行了展望。
The deep-sea submarine rescue vehicle is a kind of manned submersible which can dock with the sunken submarine and rescue the trapped crew, and it is the core equipment of submarine life-saving support. It is of great significance to the safety of submarines. Historically, it has been highly valued by countries with submarines. This paper compares the current status of foreign deep-sea submarine rescue vehicles, analyzes and summarizes the current rescue capability of foreign deep-sea submarine rescue vehicles, and provides an outlook on the future development trend.
