- 操作人员对于舰船系统整体安全和有效运行起到关键作用。舰船系统人因工程技术主要目标为解决系统设计中的人员需求问题,并将人员需求作为舰船设计的核心诉求。在系统开发之初即应考虑人员需求,强调在系统操作和维护中关注人的操作及自动化操作问题,并且评估人员绩效及工作量。舰船人因工程技术的次要目标包括:1)与基线相比,减少人员配置;2)降低操作技能要求,减少人员工作量,从而提高舰船备航效率;3)推广应用自动控制技术,大幅度降低人误概率,提高在航任务可靠性;4)降低事故风险,提高人员效用和生存能力;5)减少维修时间,提高系统和设备的可用性;6)缩减人员编制,进而降低培训成本,减少因人误而导致的错误成本和事故成本,降低舰船系统的运营成本。
The crew plays a major role in the overall safe and effective operation of the marine system. The main goal of ship human factors engineering (HFE) technology is to solve the problem of personnel demand in ship system design, and to meet personnel demand is the core demand of marine design. In the early stage of system development, we should consider personnel needs, emphasize paying attention to human operation and automatic operation in system operation and maintenance, and evaluate personnel performance and workload. The secondary objectives of ship human factors engineering technology include. reducing staffing compared with the baseline. With the reduction of the requirements for operation skills, the workload of crew is reduced, so as to improve the efficiency of ship preparation. With the application of automatic control software, the possibility of human error is greatly reduced and the reliability during mission is improved. Improve the availability and survivability of crew due to the reduction of accident risk. Reduce maintenance time and improve the availability of systems and equipment. Reduce the staffing, so as to reduce the training cost, reduce the error cost and accident cost caused by human error, and reduce the operation cost of marine system.
