- 为提升碳纤维材料船体结构性能,本文以碳纤船中的连接桥强横梁为研究对象并对其中帽型加筋梁构件进行结构及强度分析。通过研究不同铺层方式对碳纤维帽型加筋梁弯曲性能的影响,运用Abaqus进行数值模拟并与设计试验进行对比。通过对比分析得出:[(0°/90°)]铺层的加筋梁试件具有较高的横向承载能力,因此船体强横梁整体结构强度较高;船用加筋梁构件数值仿真与试验结果较为准确地反应纤维复合材料的刚度退化以及弯曲失效过程,对碳纤维船的建造和应用有一定的指导意义。
In order to improve the structural performance of carbon fiber material hull, this paper takes the strong beam of connecting bridge in carbon fiber catamaran wind power operation and maintenance ship as the research object, and analyzes the structure and strength of cap stiffened beam. By studying the influence of different ply methods on the bending performance of CFRP cap stiffened beams, Abaqus is used to carry out numerical simulation and compare with the design test. Through comparative analysis, it is concluded that: (0°/90°)] The results show that the reinforced beams with laminates have higher transverse bearing capacity; Although there are some errors between the numerical simulation and experimental results of the ultimate bearing capacity of CFRP members, it can accurately reflect the stiffness degradation and bending failure process of CFRP members.
