- 通用型FPSO拥有良好的作业性能,但是性能提高的同时其安全性就需要得到更严格的要求。本文通过对通用型FPSO消防水管路系统建立Caesar II模型,对其各种情况下的工况进行分析,对其所受应力进行计算,对不合理部分进行相应的优化;对消防水管道进行约束载荷以及法兰泄漏进行相应的分析,并根据安全要求对其进行相应的调整,保证消防水管路系统的安全性,确保FPSO完成生产任务。
The general-purpose FPSO has good operation performance, but with the improvement of performance, its safety needs to be more strict. In this paper, the Caesar II model is established for the general FPSO fire water pipeline system, the working conditions under various conditions are analyzed, the stress is calculated, and the unreasonable part is optimized accordingly. Analyze the restraint load and flange leakage of the fire water pipeline, and adjust it according to the safety requirements to ensure the safety of the fire water pipeline system and the production task of FPSO.
