为了研究影响船用断路器抗摇摆性能的主要因素,本文建立断路器整机动力学模型,采用隐式积分算法对船用断路器在不同摇摆工况下的动态特性进行数值模拟,并通过摇摆试验来验证模拟结果的准确性。基于计算结果对设备进行优化设计,以提升设备的可靠性和舰船的用电安全性。研究结论和方法也为舰船其他设备抗摇摆性能的提升提供借鉴和参考。
In order to study the main factors affecting the anti-swing performance of marine circuit breakers, this paper establishes a dynamic model of the whole machine of the circuit breaker, uses an hidden integral algorithm to numerically simulate the dynamic characteristics of the marine circuit breaker under different swaying conditions, and verifies the accuracy of the simulation results through swaying tests. Based on the calculation results, the design of the equipment is optimized to improve the reliability of the equipment and the electrical safety of the ship, and the conclusions and methods obtained also provide reference for the improvement of the anti-sway performance of other equipment on the ship.
