针对舰载机使用保障过程中的强约束、不确定性等特征,首先以作战任务、保障对象以及保障系统的作用机理为依据,设计舰载机通用质量特性指标论证的流程。运用解析和离散事件仿真的方法,构建基于任务和故障驱动的舰载机保障流程仿真模型。其次,采用循环迭代的方式对舰载机的通用质量特性指标进行论证,以使用可用度和任务成功率指标为约束分别对可靠度和故障预测率进行逆向灵敏度分析。算例结果表明,设计方法科学可行,可以实现通用质量特性指标的优化论证。本文方法可为舰载机质量特性指标的正向设计提供技术支持。
The process of carrier-based aircraft support is characteristics of strong constraints and uncertainties, according to the active mechanism of the missions, support objects and support system, the benchmark methods of universal quality characteristic indicators for carrier-based aircraft is designed, which was used by analysis and discrete event simulation method. A simulation framework of carrier-based aircraft support process driven by mission and faults is constructed, and the universal quality characteristic indicators of carrier-based aircraft are demonstrated in a cyclic and iterative manner. Through two examples, taking reliability and failure prediction rate as universal quality characteristic indicators variable, the operation availability and mission success rate are reversed to improve the equipment support effective. Sensitivity analysis and calculation example results suggest that the present method is scientific and feasible, and can realize the optimization demonstration of the universal quality characteristic indicators. Further more, the research method can provide technical support for the positive index design of the universal quality characteristic index of carrier-based aircraft.
