自治潜水器(AUV)是一类能够自主在海洋中航行和作业的潜水器,能够替代人类在水下危险的环境下,安全可靠地完成科学考察、环境探测和作业等任务。为实现水下大范围作业,AUV主要通过自带能源,可以长期脱离母船及人工控制开展自主化作业,也导致其丢失现象频发。本文通过分析AUV丢失案例,制定全寿命剖面和典型任务剖面,依据剖面分析AUV应用全寿命阶段的安全风险因子,阐述可能带来的风险,评估危害程度。安全风险因子的分析对于AUV安全性设计及应用防控策略的研究具有重要参考意义。
Autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) is a kind of submersible that can navigate and operate independently in the ocean, and can replace human beings to safely and reliably complete scientific investigation, environmental detection and operation in dangerous underwater environment. In order to achieve large-scale underwater operations, AUV can carry out autonomous operations without the mother ship and manual control for a long time mainly by carrying its own energy, which also leads to frequent loss of AUV. This paper develops a life cycle profile and typical task profile by analyzing the loss cases of AUV, analyzes the safety risk factors in the life cycle of AUV application based on the profile, describes the possible risks, and evaluates the degree of harm. The analysis of safety risk factors has important reference significance for AUV safety design and application of prevention and control strategies.
