- 针对船舶动力推进系统存在的加速速率慢的问题,提出一种加速性能优化策略。首先,分析船舶动力推进系统的结构组成,根据全回转推进器的输出功率、船舶侧推力和力矩以及推进器动作时船舶扭矩的变化,构建船舶动力推进系统的数字模型。利用调速器调节转速,以恒定增加率提升主机转速,利用传动系统将主机转速和扭矩传送至定距螺旋桨,推进船舶加速。最后,利用变频器超前控制方法,优化船舶动力推进系统的加速性能。实验表明,该方法可以优化船舶动力推进系统的加速性能,使船舶快速达到加速目标,降低船舶的燃油消耗率。
A strategy for optimizing acceleration performance is proposed to address the problem of slow acceleration rate in ship propulsion systems. Firstly, analyze the structural composition of the ship's power propulsion system, and construct a digital model of the ship's power propulsion system based on the output power of the fully rotating thruster, the ship's side thrust and torque, and the changes in the ship's torque during thruster action. Then, the governor is used to adjust the speed and increase the main engine speed at a constant rate of increase. The transmission system is used to transmit the main engine speed and torque to the fixed pitch propeller, propelling the ship to accelerate. Finally, the acceleration performance of the ship's propulsion system is optimized using the advanced control method of the frequency converter. Experiments have shown that this method can optimize the acceleration performance of ship power propulsion systems, quickly achieve ship acceleration goals, and reduce ship fuel consumption rate.
