- 近年来,随着海洋目标监视卫星种类的逐步扩展和完善,补全了天、空、海、岸的立体化侦察网络,极大加强了对海上态势的动态感知能力,在一定程度上满足了我国舰船应对海上安全威胁、制衡强敌的需求。然而,新型卫星侦察体系与现有海洋目标侦察体系尚未形成高效的融合,存在信息处理链路冗长、人工干预多、智能处理能力不足等缺点,没有充分发挥天基侦察系统“站得高、看得远”的特点,迫切需要推动天基信息全面、高效地融入现有体系。本文通过深入分析面向船舶的卫星应用体系特点,设计一套多源卫星产品集成框架。该框架基于数字孪生理念,为开展诸如多源卫星信息融合、用户需求提报和全链路传输时效等关键技术研究提供虚实结合的等效支撑环境。
In recent years, with the gradual expansion and improvement of the types of marine target surveillance satellites, the three-dimensional reconnaissance network of the sky, air, sea and shore has been completed, and the dynamic perception of the maritime situation has been greatly enhanced. To a certain extent, it meets the needs of Chinese ships to deal with maritime security threats and check and balance powerful enemies. However, the new satellite reconnaissance system has not formed an efficient integration with the existing marine target reconnaissance system yet. There are shortcomings such as lengthy information processing links, many manual interventions, and insufficient intelligent processing capabilities. There is an urgent need to promote the comprehensive and efficient integration of space-based information into the existing system. This study designed a set of multi-source satellite product integration framework through in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the ship-oriented satellite application system. Based on the concept of digital twins, the framework provides an equivalent supporting environment combining virtual reality for key technology research such as multi-source satellite information fusion, user demand reporting, and full-link transmission timeliness.
