- 船体分段钢结构焊接变形导致焊接工艺下降,提出基于极限强度应变动态调整的船体分段钢结构焊接变形控制方法。构建船体分段钢结构船体板和加筋板试件的载荷分析模型,通过累积塑性损伤和疲劳裂纹损伤特性分析,建立循环载荷幅值响应与裂纹分布的动态分布关系,根据单调载荷下船体板极限强度的应变特征分析和动态反馈调整,实现对船体分段钢结构焊接变形控制。测试表明,该方法提高了船体分段钢结构焊接的可靠性,降低变形屈服响应,提高极限承载性能。
A welding deformation control method for hull segmented steel structures based on dynamic adjustment of ultimate strength strain is proposed, which leads to a decrease in welding process due to welding deformation of hull segmented steel structures. Construct a load analysis model for the hull segmented steel structure hull plate and stiffened plate specimens. By analyzing the cumulative plastic damage and fatigue crack damage characteristics, establish a dynamic distribution relationship between the cyclic load amplitude response and crack distribution. Based on the strain characteristics analysis and dynamic feedback adjustment of the ultimate strength of the hull plate under monotonic load, achieve welding deformation control of the hull segmented steel structure. Tests have shown that this method improves the reliability of welding of ship hull segmented steel structures, reduces deformation yield response, and improves ultimate load-bearing performance.
